Abundance means being plentiful or have great amounts of something. We spend so much of our time focusing on what or where we lack that we forget to appreciate all that we have and therefore find it difficult to live fully in abundance.
It starts with reprogramming behaviours, mindsets and patterns. We need to switch from focusing on the negative and start focusing on the positive...but it takes work and practice to get there.
Through journalling, meditation, breathing, yoga and nidra we will spend the next 10 days working on abundant skills and practices.Tune into the positive and live in your abundance!
