This is a great class to get your heart rate up, build strength and develop core muscles. We focus on the front, the sides and the back of the body to leave you feeling properly worked and totally balanced!

This fun and fiery vinyasa flow class will get your working a range of muscles and developing control between poses in your transition. There is a building focus on boat pose (navasana) which will target your core muscles.

This is a great full body and balanced flow with enough relaxation and challenge to get you sweating and chill all at the same time.
