This slow and restorative class works at finding space in the body. We work on opening into the anterior and posterior line of the body, specifically giving time to our shoulders!

CANDLELIT RESTORATIVE 

Join this deeply nourishing and deeply relaxing restorative yoga class. Light your own candles and create an environment that helps melt you deeper into a state of zen.

RESTORATIVE EVENING LIVE STREAM FOR HIPS RECORDING

This overall restorative flow works on really opening up into the hips to restore the low back. Perfect to do before bed.

SLOW FLOW WITH STRAP LIVE RECORDING

Join this slow and restorative class that works on holding poses for longer and then moving to release muscles. You will need a strap, belt or scarf at the end for hamstring stretches

YIN LEGS UP THE WALL

This 60 minute Yin class will use the wall as a prop to support you throughout. You will find space in the hamstrings groin and lower back.

YOGA NIDRA ON HEALING

Join this 40 minute yoga nidra to fully relax and heal. You will be guided through meditation and visualisations that help you heal old wounds and negativity.

 

NIDRA

Positive Visualisation for fertility Yoga Nidra

Trying to conceive isn't always easy. We spend a lot of our energy and time wondering why it isn't working and being upset at our body for not doing what we want it to do. This 30 minute yoga nidra guides you into deep states of relaxation where you can let the anxiety and stress of trying to have a baby fall away. You will visualise positivity to your fertility centre and rearrange your understanding and interpretation of what is happening. Leave feeling more connected and supported by your body and your network.

YOGA NIDRA - INNER SANCTUARY

This yoga nidra is a great way to escape stress and anxiety and allow yourself to find peace and calm by designing your own inner sanctuary. You will be guided through prompts and help visualise a place that brings you happiness and joy.

BASICA PRANAYAMA AND NIDRA FOR SLEEP

This is the perfect class to do before sleep, especially if you are struggling to get to sleep. We start with about 15 minutes of slow breathing techniques to let the day drop away and then move into a yoga Nidra focused on deep restful sleep. ENJOY!

VINYASA FLOW 3

This vinyasa flow class will get your heart rate up and you sweating. Nice focus on balance between poses and in holding poses.

VINYASA FLOW WITH SIDE PLANK

Join this vinyasa flow class that focuses on building strength in the wrists, forearms, biceps and shoulders with plank and strength work.

CORE BLAST CLASS - LIVE STREAM RECORDING

This class gets you to rethink the core. Using a range of muscles through different postures you will feel the whole body working to strengthen and protect the area around the hips and spine. Get ready to sweat and work. Continue to do this class once a month or week to see lasting results.

FLIP IT AND REVERSE IT VINYASA FLOW

This fun and lighthearted vinyasa flow class is sure to get your heart rate up. You might have Missy Elliot stuck in your head the whole class or might just want to listen to it on repeat. You will come out of the flows the same way you came in. 

45 MINUTE CLASS WITH FOCUS ON CORE

This is a great class to get your heart rate up, build strength and develop core muscles. We focus on the front, the sides and the back of the body to leave you feeling properly worked and totally balanced!

VINYASA FLOW WITH BOAT POSE

This fun and fiery vinyasa flow class will get your working a range of muscles and developing control between poses in your transition. There is a building focus on boat pose (navasana) which will target your core muscles.

FULL BALANCED BODY FLOW

This is a great full body and balanced flow with enough relaxation and challenge to get you sweating and chill all at the same time.

GLUTE CLASS

This class is a great full glute targeted workout! You'll still be feeling it days later-in a good way!

TWISTING AND TURNING FLOW

This is a fantastic class to build core strength, focus, and determination. Each flow builds on the the last adding more twists, turns and challenge!

MORNING WAKE UP CLASS

Wake up feeling incredible with this full body class that will leave you supercharged for the rest of the day.

BIND PRACTICE CLASS

This class build in shoulder opening and hip opening before working on coming into a bound extended side angle and bird of paradise. This class uses a strap to aid in opening shoulders and chest!

FEEL GOOD FRIDAY FLOW

TGIF-THIS VINYASA FLOW CLASS WILL GET YOU GEARED UP FOR THE WEEKEND AND READY TO LET GO OF THE STRESSES OF THE WEEK SO YOU CAN TOTALLY RELAX.

MORNING FLOW HEART OPENER

A great class to open the chest and shoulders. A fantastic class for anyone who is hunched over a laptop or phone and is feeling the shoulders rounding

VINYASA FLOW WORKSHOP

Join Meegan for this 60 minute workshop that breaks down the vinyasa. One of the most common sequence of movements in our Flow classes but often not completely broken down. This is a GREAT workshop if you're just starting, if you have been practicing for years or if you are interested in teaching yoga. Key muscles, anatomy, strength, breath and space explained!

 

HAMSTRING LENGTH AND STRENGTH

You always hear it. Over and over again. It's impossible to do a yoga class without the teacher bringing it up at least once. We want our hamstrings to be flexible but we also want them to be strong. Join this 60 minute workshop where we will talk about the hamstring, stretch it, strengthen it and build a good relationship with it too!

 

BEGINNER FRIENDLY

Wanting to work on how to breath when moving through vinyasa flows? This videos strips back the vinyasa flow to allow you time and space to link the movement with your breath

MINDFUL AND PRESENT MOVEMENT

This class slows down and gets you to think about the way you move and how to be more present and intentional in your body.

6 BREATH VINYASA FLOW

We slow right now on this one to make the muscles work harder. The mind will be challenged in this one as you hold for longer and will want to move to the next pose. Tenacity and determination will be needed.
